Terms of Service
These terms set out the basis on which Celerum UK Ltd provides the Transport Logistics System (TLS) and this website. They describe what the service is, what a subscription includes, how it is charged and how data is handled.
Who we are
Celerum UK Ltd, 30 East Park Road, Kintore, Inverurie, Scotland, AB51 0FE, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Celerum UK Ltd, and "you" refers to the individual accessing or using the service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual is acting.
The service
TLS is a cloud-based web application for any company operating fleets of trucks, trailers and light goods vehicles, including vans. It provides intelligent planning and allocation, allowing resources to be reallocated in real time when demands change or problems arise.
TLS runs in a browser on any computer, so there is no software to install and no special hardware is required. Drivers interact with the system from a smartphone.
What a subscription includes
A subscription includes everything from implementation, training and hosting to access to the platform.
- Implementation
- Training
- Hosting
- Platform access
Fees and billing
Charges are billed monthly and calculated per vehicle, per trailer and per user or driver. The rate for each unit depends on the number on the account, so a larger fleet pays less for every unit it runs. A fleet of more than 999 vehicles qualifies for a custom Enterprise SLA, dedicated infrastructure and tiered volume discounts.
The current rates and a worked example are set out on thePricing page.
Support and updates
Continuous technical support and regular software updates are included, so the platform and its mobile applications remain up to date and optimised for performance.
Data and security
We employ advanced encryption protocols and stringent security measures to safeguard your information, with strict access controls and authentication in place so that only authorised users can reach sensitive information.
Personal data
How we collect, use and protect personal data is set out in ourPrivacy Policy.
