Platform

One connected platform for the whole operation.

Celerum brings work, resources, geography, assets and operational information together — then applies intelligence to the decisions that move the business. Planning, execution, maintenance and cost sit in the same context, because that is how the operation actually runs.

The connected lifecycle

Plan it. Deliver it. Capture it. Maintain it. Understand what it costs.

01

Plan

Make the best use of the resources available.

  • Orders
  • Resources
  • Constraints
  • Routes
  • Schedules

02

Deliver

Keep the plan connected to what is actually happening.

  • Routing
  • Progress
  • Movement
  • Exceptions
  • Changes

03

Capture

Bring information back as the work happens.

  • Proof of delivery
  • Checks
  • Defects
  • Forms
  • Photographs

04

Maintain

Keep vehicles and equipment available, compliant and earning.

  • Defects
  • Inspections
  • Servicing
  • Availability
  • Compliance

05

Cost

Understand the commercial consequence.

  • Cost
  • Revenue
  • Margin
  • Invoicing
  • Financial data

Connection

Your systems, still your systems.

Celerum runs in the cloud. There is no server to maintain, no software to install and no special hardware in the cab or the office, so the system is live in weeks rather than quarters.

An open API connects Celerum to the systems you already run — telematics and tachograph analysis, maintenance provision, warehouse management, finance and e-commerce. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by role, and every change to a plan or a record is traceable.

Implementation is a configuration exercise, not a project. Historic data improves the intelligence over time, but the optimisation algorithms start working the day the system goes live.

Start with part of the operation — a depot, a traffic desk or a single traffic lane — and extend once the results are visible.

See it work

Bring your own operation.

A demonstration works through your work, your vehicles and your rules — not a generic tour of the software.
