Keep your assets earning.

Maintenance decides availability long before planning does. Celerum puts defects, inspections, servicing, parts and compliance into the same view as the plan, so the operation knows what it can genuinely use — and when it gets it back.

The TLS planning view evaluating vehicle availability against known constraints before work is allocated.
Availability inside the plan: the vehicles the operation can genuinely use, and the constraints on the rest.

The vehicle record

Everything the operation needs to know about an asset.

Asset

Every tractor, trailer and van carries its own record: make, model, specification, and how it is currently configured for the work.

Service

The next service due, the last one completed and the interval between them — held against the vehicle rather than a wall chart.

Compliance

MOT, tachograph calibration and safety inspection intervals sit with the vehicle, with the dates that actually matter.

Inspection

Safety inspections show who carried them out, when, and where the vehicle sits in the cycle.

Defect

Driver-reported defects are recorded, triaged and tracked to a resolution, with the parts and labour behind them.

Parts

What is ordered, what has arrived, and what is still holding a vehicle off the road.

Availability

A vehicle under repair is not a resource.

Planning depends on knowing what is actually available, not what is listed on the fleet register. When a vehicle is off the road, Celerum carries that status into allocation, so the work is planned against what the depot can deliver.

When the defect clears, the part arrives and the inspection is signed off, the vehicle becomes available again and the operation sees it. The expected return date is part of the plan rather than a phone call to the workshop.

Maintenance data flows back into planning, scheduling and live operations. Nothing is written twice, and the workshop is working from the same committed workload as the traffic desk.

Downtime is measured against the work it displaced — so the cost of a vehicle standing still is visible, not estimated.

Maintain

Less downtime, more earning capacity.

Bring the vehicles, the workshop and the plan into one conversation and the same system starts to pay for itself.
